Built Around Your Equipment and Schedule
We design each plan using the equipment you have access to—whether it’s a full gym setup or limited home equipment. With training schedules ranging from 1 to 6 days per week, you’ll have the flexibility to stay consistent without feeling overwhelmed. Plans are delivered within 48 hours after completing your intake form.

About Me

Hi, I’m Chris Welch—a fitness professional dedicated to helping ambitious athletes unlock their full potential through focused strength, hypertrophy, and overall athletic training.I grew up immersed in sports—from cross country and track to football and basketball—and began serious weightlifting in 2020. That same year, when my mother was diagnosed with throat cancer, it completely reshaped my perspective on health. Her incredible resilience (she’s doing great now!) reinforced my belief in the transformative power of self-improvement and wellness. I founded Neuform as a tribute to my mother—her maiden name, Neubauer, serves as a daily reminder of strength, perseverance, and the legacy of dedication that inspires both my journey and that of every client I work with.

My approach blends targeted hypertrophy, strength development, and functional conditioning to create workouts that build muscle, boost performance, and enhance overall athleticism. When I'm not training or crafting new programs, you'll often find me immersed in a game of Minecraft, re-watching Lord of the Rings, or tinkering with computers. I also enjoy the quirky company of my pets—a couple of toads, a jumping spider, and an aquarium—that add a fun, personal touch to my everyday life.
